(bruxism). (no mention of mouthguard as we know). What causes this ..

I have this problem too. When brusism and use a night guard, who makes you want grind the night watchman. As you know this can cause headaches, sore jaw and teeth, even cracks may need root canals. Ask your dentist about an NTI. This is a night watchman who is very small only in his two front teeth (top) and keep your mouth shut. Sounds strange, but as a dental assistant I swear by it. I had migraines for 10 years and is the only thing that worked. While others, bruxism is usually caused by stress. Good luck!
