Who is responsible for repairing a leaking pipe in the toilet if the contract workers of the wall right?

We had our house Built five years ago. Children's bathroom, located between bedrooms two children, apparently had a slow leak in the pipes from the day 1. We did not notice any problem until a few months ago. Right next to the bathtub wall has a place in it a few inches long, where it appeared that the paint was bubbling and bases in this area has started to crack. I have curiosity and ran my finger up and down atmosphere of the restaurant and peeling paint in front of my eyes and I saw black mold looking stuff on the wall. I guess it took so long to see a problem, because apparently the leak is very small and bathroom is not used daily, since we have a master bath with shower and another bathroom. Anyway Nevertheless Somone had to watch it and they told me it looks like when the workers nailed our linen closet on the wall, who drive a nail into a pipe. Whose responsibility is it? It would probably be people who built the closet, but if it was done when the house was new, it is highly unlikely that the manufacturer will cover it. Most Manufacturers have one year manufacturer's warranty, but their condition may have different rules for how long to address the problems. If as you say, you can ask the manufacturer if they fix it, but do not hold your breath. Also, if a company has been an afterthought, you can contact them and see if repair damage. Anyway, make sure that everything is fixed mold. To make your own, spraying with a bleach and water to kill him, then clean the wood.
